Itinerary Overview
DAY 1: NAIROBI AIRPORT - HOSTEL/GUEST HOUSE
Pick up from Nairobi's JKIA airport free of charge and transfer to a budget hotel/Guest house or a Youth hostel for overnight stay on Bed and Breakfast basis.
DAY 2: NAIROBI - MASAI MARA
Pick up after breakfast and travel through the Rift Valley stopping at the viewpoint. Lunch at Narok town or Picnic box. Arrive Masai Mara in time for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the Campsite.
DAY 3: MASAI MARA
Full day in Masai Mara. Breakfast at 0700hrs then leave for a full day game drive with picnic lunches. Return to the camp before sunset for dinner and overnight at the campsite.
DAY 4: MASAI MARA - L.NAKURU
After an early breakfast leave for L.Nakuru with picnic lunch enroute. Arrive in time for an evening game drive in L. Nakuru National Park. Dinner and overnight at a hotel in town.
DAY 5: L.NAKURU - SAMBURU
Breakfast in the hotel then leave for Samuru via Thompson Falls for sightseeing and picnic lunch. Cross over the Equator at Nanyuki to arrive in Samburu in time for an evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
DAY 6: SAMBURU
Full day in this game reserve famous for its different species of animals that cannot be found south of the Equator like the Reticulated Giraffes, Gravy Zebras, and the Somali Ostrich. All meals and overnight at the camp.
DAY 7: SAMBURU - NAIROBI
Early morning game drive at 0630hrs to 0830hrs. Breakfast at the camp then leave for Nairobi via Nanyuki. Drop off clients who wish to climb Mt. Kenya. Arrive in Nairobi late afternoon. Overnight at the Youth Hostel, Guest house or a budget hotel.
DAY 8: HOTEL - NAIROBI AIRPORT
Breakfast then rest of the day at leisure before transferring to the airport at your scheduled time.
NB: Part B of this itinerary is a similar program from Day 1 to Day 4, but Days 5 to Day 7 can be at Amboseli National Park alternatively.
